MSc Psychology

Hello, I’m Nidhi.
I connect psychology, behavioural science and AI to understand people more deeply — and help organisations make better decisions.

Experience & education
The best insight begins with understanding the people behind the patterns.
I bring qualitative and quantitative evidence together to understand workforce patterns, wellbeing and organisational risk. My work includes building people intelligence frameworks and communicating insight for executive and board-level decisions.
My background in clinical and organisational psychology shapes the way I work with data. I look for the context behind a pattern: what someone is experiencing, what influences a decision, and what an organisation can do differently.
Today, I bring that perspective to people intelligence. My work connects qualitative research, workforce analytics and behavioural science to questions about wellbeing, retention and organisational risk.
I also build with AI. I work with agents and large language models, alongside Power BI, R and Python, to explore, visualise and communicate human insight. The tools expand what is possible; psychological understanding gives the work its direction.
From psychological practice to organisational intelligence, a consistent curiosity about what makes people thrive.
